The decision was taken at the end of the ordinary session of the Executive Committee of the Cameroonian Football Federation held on December 22.
The first ordinary session of the Executive Committee of the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fecafoot) held on 22 December in Kribi resulted in the adoption of several resolutions including; the request for an audit by Samuel Eto'o on the management of Seidou Mbombo Njoya as president of Fécafoot.
In the same vein, the body gave a mandate to the president of Fécafoot to recruit one or more independent firms to carry out a financial, material, infrastructural and personnel audit of Fécafoot. In addition, the executive committee has authorized the former captain of the Indomitable Lions to open discussions with the presidents of professional football clubs before the launch of the 2021-2022 season and with all people and structures on trial against the federation.
