The latter lost their lives in a clash between the Cameroonian army and a group of separatist fighters on December 3.

On their way to Jakiri, three soldiers were killed in the northwestern town of Dzekwa. They succumbed to an attack by improvised explosive devices by a group of separatist fighters on December 3, according to information relayed by the Politudenews website.

An attack claimed by members of the group called "Bui Air Force", aimed at avenging the death of their commander, killed by the Cameroonian army earlier this week, reports the same site.
This local separatist force is part of the "Bui Warriors", a group that has been fighting the Cameroonian army since 2017. He is supported by Marshal No Pity, currently being hunted down by Cameroonian law enforcement and security forces, Politudenews reports.
