Presidential election 2025: official list of candidates on July 26

At noon this Saturday, July 26, the president of Elections Cameroon will make public the list of candidates. Out of nearly 83 files, just under fifteen candidates are expected to be ready for the 2025 presidential election.

#All eyes are therefore on the future of the MANIDEM candidate backed by the APC coalition, Maurice Kamto. After the deadline for submitting candidacies, the Minister of Territorial Administration asked his departments to modify the page dedicated to political parties on his official website. He changed the legitimate owners of the MANIDEM party by deleting the name of Anicet Ekane and the members of his board. Instead, he inscribed the name of his protégé Dieudonné Yebga.
