The European Club Association (ECA) has threatened not to release international players for the African Cup of Nations (CAN), from January 9 to February 6 in Cameroon, worrying about the health protocol of the event against the backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to a letter obtained by AFP on Wednesday.
