The governor of the Far North region is at the bedside of the quarreling communities.

The clashes continued on Wednesday, December 8, leaving about twenty dead and more than 30,000 displaced to neighboring Chad. a situation that prompted the President of Chad's Transitional Military Council to call on the international community to act on behalf of refugees.
