The Minister of Domains, Cadastre and Land Affairs (Mindcaf), Henri Eyebe Ayissi announced the implementation of this issue during the presentation of the projects of his ministerial department to the National Assembly on December 3.
Corruption around titles will now be denounced. The toll-free number "1527" has been assigned for this purpose. "This number has already been authorized and assigned by the Telecommunications Regulatory Agency and will be operationalized by Camtel [public operator] in the coming weeks. Calls will be free. It will be operational during the first weeks of the next year 2022, "said Henri Eyebe Ayissi, Minister of Domains, Cadastre and Land Affairs (Mindcaf) during his appearance before the deputies on December 3, 2021.
According to mindcaf, the number "1527" will make it possible to identify and track deviant behavior thanks to the denunciations of users. The government's member hopes that this initiative will create a climate of trust between the public administration and users of the state, land and cadastral domain, where many social expectations and demands are expressed. Thus, an information and guidance office will be set up in the central services to provide solutions to users' concerns.
