There are 935 individuals who have chosen to leave the propaganda ranks of the terrorist sect Boko Haram. The latter were repatriated to Nigeria on Tuesday, December 14, we learn the eye of the Sahel. They left the city of Mora, the capital of the Mayo-Sava department, to go to their country, neighboring Nigeria.

Indeed, these results are the result of the National Committee for Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (CNDDR). Created at the end of 2018 by President Paul Biya, the CNDDR aims to welcome armed men who wanted to lay down their arms and reintegrate into civilian life. This is the second wave of repatriation of repentants after that of last September which saw 885 ex-combatants leave Cameroonian soil.
